IMPORTANT DETAILS:

NIGHTLY MINIMUM:

One night stays are available only during weekdays . This helps us maintain a relaxed atmosphere and avoid large parties , so all guests can enjoy safe and peaceful stay .

OCCUPANCY:

The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies for your stay. If you plan to hire any third-party vendors or your guest count changes, please just let us know in advance.

VENDORS:

ALL vendors must be approved by host before you book them. Please review our unapproved vendor list below first and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We work closely with a lot of the vendors so please ask before booking anyone.

UNAPPROVED VENDORS:

DJs, strippers, mechanical bulls, bounce houses and anything that can be visible or a nuisance to the neighboring homes.

SECURITY:

There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion and a security camera in the backyard. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so may result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras or recording devices inside the home.

QUIET HOURS:

Scottsdale quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for any fines (up to $2500) This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful and courteous of the neighbors.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:

We’re happy to offer luggage drop-off .Please note that drop-off cannot be earlier than 12:00 PM, and we kindly ask for at least 45 minutes’ notice before arrival so we can coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance team.

When dropping off, please make sure your group comes together and leaves all luggage in one dedicated place — preferably in the living room corner. This helps us avoid extra cleaning and ensures no one is walking through the home while it’s being prepared.

Once your bags are dropped off, we kindly ask that you leave the property so our team can finish getting everything ready. We’ll let you know if the home is ready earlier; otherwise, standard check-in is at 4:00 PM.

We also partner with Luggage Layover, a local business that will pick up, store and drop off your luggage for a fee .

EARLY CHECK IN:

We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you!

That said early check in , can not be guaranteed until a day of your arrival ( additional fee will apply ) To have it guaranteed we suggest to consider booking an additional night for discounted rate .

LATE CHECK OUT:

Our home is in high demand and we may have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.

Late check-outs may be arranged (late check out fee will apply), however please let us know in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:

We have a small Speaker available so you don't have to bring one! The TVs have music channels as well . Large speakers / Loud music is not allowed outside. Please be courteous of the neighbors and your sound levels at all hours. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls even outside of quiet hours.

CAN THE POOL BE HEATED?

Yes ! The pool is heated to 80 degrees and that is included - free of charge :) If you would like it warmer then 80 degrees, let us know 7 days prior your check in; there is $100 per day fee for temp above 80F.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?

Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! We love to over stock the homes and we should have everything you need.

DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS?

There are pool floats, however our collection is constantly changing as they don't last very long in the Arizona heat. If there is a specific float you want, please bring it with you or you may ship it to the house. We have an electric inflatable pump available for use.

DECORATIONS:

PLEASE be cautious with what you use on the walls, majority of tape will damage the wall/paint and you will be charged. No double sided tape, packing tape, sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair).

Absolutely nothing should be attached/stuck to/hung from ANY accent wall with paint, wallpaper or mural. If there is any damage to these walls, you will be responsible for fixing the entire wall.

Front Patio/Front of Home is OFF LIMITS. No decor should be visible from the street.

NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER ALLOWED inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. These can clog filters, drains and damage equipment. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations.
