Keyless access to the penthouse which is situated on the 3rd floor . It is very high , and there is a lot of stairs ( if that is an issue ). There is 4 apartments in the building so pls respect others privacy. There is a balcony with downtown and mountain view to your use . 2 entrances ; one from inside of the building and other going straight outside . Feel free to use both , whichever is more convenient. You can use everything in the kitchen, bathrooms or laundry. Just Make yourself feel home and enjoy your stay !

We are available thru the Airbnb portal message system only for

quality and training purposes . We are around if you need us , otherwise we will respect your privacy :) . We would prefer to be connected only during normal business hours 9-6pm other times only emergencies. If there is life threatening emergency please call 911 . Have a wonderful & joyful stay !

The neighborhood is quite busy , but it also gets quiet during the week days. Please be nice and respectful towards the neighbors .

The neighborhood has a lot to offer by way of restaurants, delis, shops, bars , outdoor activities or neighborhood events .

The place is on the third floor and it is on a Main Street . We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests .

We do have one parking spot available for you . Let us know if you have a transportation and we will walk you threw your parking space . If you do not have transportation, you 30 seconds away from the bus ; Colfax and Marion . Also ; Uber and Lyft and taxis are all available. Uber and Lyft are only a few bucks to downtown Denver.

Fresh towels, linens and basic toilettes are provided . A clothes iron, ironing board, hairdryer and laundry supplies are in the apartment for your use. The apartment is well maintained, clean and organize prior to your arrival.

Free Wifi is on the listing details or on the wall in the kitchen . We also provide coffee and tea :) notice place is on the 3rd floor ( 5 flights of stairs )in case that is an issue.
