The apartment is located on the 2 nd floor with 3 flights of the stairs . There is 4 apartments in the building , on opposite side of the hallway. Rest assured, the space is safe, and guests will enjoy exclusive access to the individual unit, secured by 3 custom codes ( provided at check in time ) for added peace of mind. Additionally, a dedicated open-air parking spot awaits, ensuring convenience and ease during your stay in the heart of Denver’s bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are available thru the Airbnb portal message system for quality and training purposes . We are around the building during the day if you need us , otherwise we will respect your privacy :) . We are located just East of Downtown Denver on Colfax Avenue - considered the longest and once named "The Most wicked main street in America" . Overall , Capitol Hill is an active and vibrant neighborhood. Coffe , bars, restaurants are step away , right within the same block . One of the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Denver , also well known as haven for artists and bohemians .

The apartment is very private and relatively "moderate" quiet for being on the main street in the city and right above the bar/restaurant . You might also hear sirens :)

We offer one - open air dedicated parking spot .

This building is located on a major artery so ride shares are very easy to get ; Lyft , Uber a minute away .

There are plenty of Lime / Lyft Scooters on the same block that give easy access to downtown.

Fresh towels and linens are provided for each guest and place is professionally cleaned in between stays. A clothes iron, ironing board, hairdryer and laundry supplies are in the apartment for your use. The apartment is well maintained, cleaned and organized prior to your arrival.
