There will be 3 keypad codes send to access the apartment and we will send them with all other instructions ( along with suggested parking - no dedicated parking ) as soon as the place will be ready to check in .

Very Lively , busy , diverse , urban , historical .

Try to find a parking on Marion street if you can . Colfax has some meters but after 6 pm it is free :) If you can not find a parking there , you can stop at the loading zone on the other side of Marion in front of the French Sugar . Also you can park behind the building next to the Las Margs bar on the past office parking .

Uber or lyft is a great reliable transportation and we highly suggest it unless you want to go to the mountains then you might need a car .

Also , Put in mind Denver struggles with homelessness and you might see them around on streets . They are harmless but please understand it’s an on going downtown issue that is out of our power. We appreciate you trusting us with our accommodation.
